HOW TO BOOK

STEP 1

Send an email to: booking@ayahuascarebirth.org

Mail subject: “NAME, SURNAME, RETREAT CODE”

You find the “Retreat Code” beside the retreat date at this page: retreats calendar (e.g.: AR01).

Please write in the mail a short presentation and the main reason you want to participate to the Ayahuasca Rebirth Retreat.

STEP 2

You will receive an email with the Participation Card and a questionnaire. Please fill both and send it back to: booking@ayahuascarebirth.org

STEP 3

If everything is OK, you will receive a mail with the confirmation that you are accepted to the retreat.

If there is something that requires further analysis, I will write to you specifically or we can have Whatsup conversation or Facebook chat, depending on the case.

STEP 4

Please proceed to transfer the deposit payment within 3 days from the moment the confirmation email was sent.

It is possible to pay by BANK TRANSFER or CREDIT CARD with PAYPAL.

OPTION 1: Bank Transfer

The amount of the deposit is 200USD (+ 20USD Bank fees for not € countries) if you pay by Bank Transfer.

OPTION 2: Paypal or Credit Card

If you pay with Paypal or Credit Card is 220USD from any country.




The deposit you pay is the annual membership fee to the cultural association Vida Nativa. The association is based in Italy and it is supporting the Ayahuasca Rebirth Project.

This membership is not refundable, but you can change the date of the retreat you booked, if necessary, by communicating your decision at least 30 days before the beginning of the retreat you have already booked. This possibility is available only if the retreat you choose is not full-booked.

Our reference currency is USD, for exchange rates please use this website.

 

STEP 5

Once you made the payment please send the receipt to: booking@ayahuascarebirth.org

Mail subject: “Deposit Receipt – NAME, SURNAME, RETREAT CODE”

In the moment we receive the Deposit Payment in our bank account the retreat is officially booked.

STEP 6

Buy your flight/boat to Iquitos.

The appointment is at 9 am of the day 1 of the retreat at La Restinga’s.

Here you will pay the final amount:

  • 700USD for the 15 Days Retreat
  • 600USD for the 13 Days Retreat
  • 400USD for the 9 Days Retreat
